Nyseli Vega (Cipher) is a Dominican actor/singer, born in NYC and raised in Houston. She debuted as the character 'Cuqui' in the world premiere of Carmen La Cubana last year at the Teatre De Chatelet in Paris, France! Some other credits include 'the drunk girl' in season 4 of OITNB, 'DJ' in  One Day the Musical (Off Broadway), Cypher in iLLA! for NYMF 2016, Improviser with Face Off Unlimited currently performing with an all female cast in the show Pillow Fight, as well as writing her own web series!
